lyrics
This time things won’t be the same
No way out, no one feels the blame
Exhausted by that beast you need to tame
The speech of a liar, sands of time
Inside their own fragile mind
Confusion, nothing left to find
Close your eyes, the blind leading the blind
The cage of a liar, sands of time
And while you despise
Ugliness of truth
The speech of a liar, parade of the fool
And while you disguise
The holiness of truth
The cage of a liar, sands of time you’ll deny
Tell me what you see
What you’re trying to be
Tell them what to say
And fade away
That high is so far away
All is lost, all is gone astray
Free your mind, tomorrow becomes today
The fall of a liar, sands of time

OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
